The Protect American River Canyons (PARC) is a community-based non-profit organization located in Auburn that is dedicated to building American River community through collaboration and protection of the natural, recreational and historical resources for the North and Middle Forks of the American River Watershed.

Protect American River Canyons (PARC) protects and enhances the natural, recreational and cultural resources of the North and Middle Forks of the American River through leadership and collaboration.

They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
